Oct 23, 2008 · My understanding (from my breast feeding guide book) is that pumped milk can be left out at room temp. for up to 8 hours before you put it in the fridge, so I think the milk from last night is still good (assuming you put it in the fridge when you found it this morning). There is a time limit of how long it can sit out, but even if the breast milk has "gone bad" it is still not going to be a danger to your body.
